Book 1: The Rebirth
Crysila Zachenko, an eighteen-year-old resident of Voltarra, lived a life that exceeded no expectation of normality. But one day, an encounter with a mysterious animal changes her whole fate and reveals to her the truth: She is a Protector, a person gifted with incredible power in order to keep the four Gods of Creation in balance. However, a God is stirring. Maltrax, the Lord of all Evils, wants to create an army of the undead and raze the empires of the other Gods. Now, Crysila must gather as many allies as she can, not only to save her planet, but the whole universe from plunging into a place of utter chaos and destruction. Can she survive the task, or will she be the reason all worlds fall?
Book 2: The Awakening
Maltrax has officially declared war on Voltarra, following the murder of one of his sister's disciples at the hands of a demon. Manda, the Goddess of all Goods, can do little to stop the demons steadily invading the upper world and claiming every soul they steal for their cause. And when the Protectors of the generation are faced with foes beyond even their powers, there is only one God left to turn to for help: Cortec, Creator of Time and Living Creatures. But no one has seem Him for over 5,000 years. It is up to Crysila and her animal guardian Luxith to scour all of Voltarra while the remaining Protectors defend the upper world to search for Him. But when they can't find Him, there's only one place left to look: Earth.
Book 3: The Hunt
Crysila, having returned from her quest on Earth, is faced with her biggest challenge yet: infiltrating Maltrax's empire and smuggling as many innocent souls as she can to Upsith, the heavenly empire of Manda. While there, she must pose as a low ranked demon officer while avoiding the detection of foes so fearsome and powerful there would be no hope for her survival should they discover her. While there, she also learns secrets so shocking that it puts everything she's fighting for into question. She eventually learns where her heart lies, but at what cost?
Book 4: The Betrayal
The demons of Glekik have discovered Crysila's disguise, and they want revenge. Captured, Crysila is at the mercy of their constant torture and experiments, until finally, her very will to live shatters. Siphoning her blood and replacing it with the black blood of evil, Crysila becomes an entity of destruction, with no conscious and only one goal in mind: to destroy Voltarra and bring the other Gods to their knees. It it up to Luxith now to travel to a mysterious island planet and find the Golden Heart, a gem created by the three Godly children of the Great Mother, the creator of the universe, as a gift. Only it is powerful enough to revert Crysila to her normal self. Can Luxith find it in time, or will he be too late?
Book 5: The Return
Sheelien, the tyrannical queen of Voltarra, has exiled Crysila from the land for treason and murder. Now under the alias of a women named Macketta, Crysila wanders through the quiet, battle-free winter of her home planet with Luxith, searching for a way to redeem herself for her crimes while trying to find out what Maltrax is planning next. But one night, she receives a message from Cortec: she can only attain redemption if she overthrows Sheelien and helps the right heir claim the throne. The heir is Arrimin, the eight-year-old daughter of Sheelien no one knew she had. But how can Crysila teach a little girl the virtues of being the ruler of a whole planet while hiding her true identity and running from her enemies?
Book 6: The Finishing
Now head adviser to the new queen and commander of Voltarra's militia, Crysila is also one of the only Protectors of the generation left. Now, it is up to her to guard and protect the only other one remaining, who is pregnant with the last. As the cycle slowly comes to a finish, Maltrax's forces become more persistent in conquering what is left of Voltarra, starting with killing Sonna and her unborn son. It will take every bit of energy Crysila has left to keep them and what remains of her planet safe. But soon, Crysila comes face to face with her most difficult choice yet: to fulfill the role she was born to play, or to be reincarnated with a chance at a different life that offers her love, peace, and freedom of all the sorrow that comes with the burden of being a Protector.
Book 7: The Infecting
Crysila and Sonna's sun, Grecon, are the only Protectors left. But with Grecon being only an infant with no unlocked abilities yet, she is alone. Grief has begun to cloud Crysila's judgment, and now her sanity is hanging by a thread. All of Voltarra is beginning to doubt her, and her only allies left are Arrimin, Luxith, Arrimin's eagle guardian, Scal, and Rhyum, the only soldier who knows that she committed no crime with her own will. As Crysila struggles to keep so many lives intact, she must also survive the influence of Allicantra, the demon queen who infected Crysila's blood with evil and insatiable desire to kill everyone around her. It will require all of her remaining sense to protect those closest to her, but with the decline of her mental state, it is the perfect opportunity for the spirits of evil to contaminate her once and for all.
Book 8: The War
Once again fallen victim to Maltrax, Crysila has been captured once more following Grecon's death. She is now the last Protector left, and the last hope for Cortec and Manda to put Maltrax to rest. She is eventually saved, but she has become too weak to use her powers. Knowing that, Maltrax unleashes the Nightmares, demon dragons forged from the first fires of Glekik. Together, they recreate Voltarra into their hellish image, only leaving Arrimin's palace intact. As Crysila's allies slowly nurse her back to health, the blame for the planet's destruction falls onto her, and the people want revenge. As tensions heighten and the final battle approaches, Rhyum disappears as well, and finally, Crysila's rage inevitably consumes her.
Book 9: The Finding
Crysila finds herself in search of redemption for her horrid crimes once more, which has only given her enemies more strength and a greater advantage at winning a war already long lost. With nearly the whole universe against her and number of allies dangerously low, Crysila is once again sent off on a quest of finding and redeeming. She must search for people with eyes of gold, for that is the symbol of their heritage; ancestors of past Protectors who also hold traces of their power. Finding none, Crysila must wander to Earth once more, this time alone. Not only must she scour another planet for nearly undetectable individuals, but she must convince them to come with her and fight a war as well, and only the blessings of their descendants can save them.
Book 10: The Planet Voltarra
The Island of Eternity grows only the Flowers of Life, which tell how much time a Protector has left to live based on pre-determined fate. With her flower wilting, Crysila has to fight as hard as ever in order to gain the favor of the other three Gods to keep those that are closest to her - those that are left - alive and safe after she's gone. Knowing that her time draws near, Maltrax is preparing as well. He sends his demons out to take any living civilians left and corrupt them to his cause, making Crysila fight constantly in order to weaken her. He is also slowly devouring the daytime, her only reprieve. As her destiny comes closer and the cycle starts to renew, Crysila must relieve her past, accept her fate, and conquer her own strife to finally fulfill the natural born duty of all Protectors: to defend Balance until their last breath.
